Who we are
Fecn Technologies
We are a technology company in Nairobi, wholly Kenyan-owned, working from Viewpark Towers on Utalii Lane. We started by building for ourselves: we wanted a better way for Kenyans to buy from the shops around them, and a dependable way to get a parcel from one town to another. Those two ideas became Shopinn and Sendway. We then built Covadesk ERP for businesses that need their whole back office in one system.
Running our own products taught us the parts nobody sees — taking payments over M-Pesa, moving goods to towns far from the city, and keeping it all working on an ordinary phone and an ordinary connection. That is the experience we now bring to other businesses, such as Alymali Enterprise, the maize miller whose ERP we built and run.

Who is Fecn?+
Fecn is Fecn Technologies Ltd, a wholly Kenyan-owned software company based at Viewpark Towers, Utalii Lane, Nairobi. We are the team behind Shopinn, Sendway, Covadesk ERP and the Alymali ERP.
What have you built?+
Four systems that are live today. Shopinn is a multi-vendor marketplace with its own delivery. Sendway sends parcels to over 80 towns. Covadesk is a cloud ERP with packs for 16 industries. The Alymali ERP is a custom system we built for Alymali Enterprise, a maize-milling business.
What is Shopinn?+
Shopinn is our online marketplace. You browse products from sellers around Kenya, chat and agree a price with the seller, pay with M-Pesa, and get your order brought to your door or to a pickup point near you. If you sell, you can open your own shop on it in minutes and run everything from your phone.
What is Sendway?+
Sendway is our parcel service. You book a delivery from your phone, hand the parcel over, and we take it to a collection point in the destination town. Whoever is receiving it collects using a code sent only to them, and both of you can follow the parcel the whole way.
What is Covadesk ERP?+
Covadesk is our cloud ERP. It covers procurement, inventory, sales, finance, HR, payroll and assets in one system, with KRA eTIMS, M-Pesa and Kenyan payroll built in, plus industry packs and the DigiSales app for field sales teams. You can find it at covadeskerp.com.
Who is Alymali Enterprise?+
Alymali Enterprise is a maize-milling business and one of our clients and partners. We designed and built the Alymali ERP that runs their mill, from grain intake, production and quality checks to sales, finance and payroll.
Do you build ERP systems, or can you set up an existing one?+
Both. We can put you on Covadesk and configure it for your business, or build a custom ERP from the ground up when your operations need it, as we did for Alymali Enterprise.
What else can you build for my business?+
Online shops and marketplaces, delivery and dispatch systems, field sales apps, customer and staff mobile apps, payment integrations, dashboards and internal tools. If your team runs it on spreadsheets and WhatsApp today, we can usually turn it into a proper system.
Can you integrate M-Pesa and KRA eTIMS?+
Yes. Our own products use M-Pesa STK push, B2C payouts and KRA eTIMS invoicing, and we bring the same integrations to client systems.
